Officiating Tracker is operated by Four Line Software LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use Officiating Tracker and what we do with it.
What we store
- Account details: your username and email address.
- Your records: the games and expenses you enter, and your settings (such as mileage rate and tax year).
- Subscription status: whether you're on a free trial, subscribed, or canceled, plus the Stripe customer and subscription IDs that link your account to your billing record.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe, which is the merchant of record for your subscription. You enter your card details directly with Stripe - we never see or store your card number. Stripe's handling of your payment information is covered by Stripe's privacy policy.
Where your data lives
Officiating Tracker and its database are hosted on Railway.
What we don't do
We do not sell your data.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page in the app ("Delete account"). This permanently erases your account along with your games, expenses, settings, and subscription record, and cancels any active subscription.
If you can't sign in, request deletion here and we'll verify that you own the account and delete it within 30 days. Stripe keeps its own billing records.
